Adding "click to dismiss" to my dropdown menu widget made me refactor a big chunk of event processing logic. But nobody cares about something this lame, so here's some smooth subdivision instead! 😌

@Setzer22 I feel like, while “click to dismiss” not a sexy *sounding* feature, and it’s something that a lot of people won’t particularly notice, it’s also a pretty crucial UX thing that folks will appreciate even if they don’t really know it. They’d miss it if it wasn’t there.
