Don't you dare zoom on my profile pic. It was made discord in mind, so I didn't put much effort into details.

@dosnostalgic this is really comfy, even though I didn't even life through this era solus is great for non-tech people coming from windows!

More experienced linux users will say it's repos are tiny. And I guess they are, but I have found everything I need from it and most likely everybody coming from windows won't see anything missing either.

@diggeloid Yeah, I was joking really, but there is some truth in that joke, at least for me.

I find it bit frustrating that if I want a distro tat has fresh packages, I'm pretty much forced to use something like arch, which always seems to require some amount of terminal usage or other tinkering. And if I want none of that, I have older packages or have I to rely on snaps and stuff, which are quite messy for my taste.

But now I left Debian. Solus seems perfect for me.

My problem with linux is that I'm overwhelmed by the number of different options.

But now I'm back together with good old vanilla debian. On my laptop.

Still need windows on my desktop :(

I always hate my topology and my lack of skills while in "vertice select", but when I switch to "edge select" i'm always like "this looks so damn smooth i'm a fucking master at this shit!!"

Mixamos autoriggin is black magic. Work's every time, even with a bit shittier topology. How?

some dumb blender guru drama, slurs

I visited twitter. Just read some long-ass thread about Blender guru being literal nazi for joking about f-slur

Ok. Maybe it's time to delete my twitter account

There should be some kind of texture maker app for smartphones. There is plenty of working 3d modeling apps already so performance shouldn't really be a problem.

I wouldn't ever want to model on a phone, but making textures/materials would be great for bus rides etc.

: Stealth game, in which you are totaly unqualified worker in a factory, or where ever, and you are trying to hide it

@Blackthorn It's overall feel is great and it's highly customizable. I like the way I can arrange tabs with this and save searches to be their own tabs. Some of these functions are in other apps too, but i don't know, this just feels better

I like the browser versions design too, but it doesn't feel quite as smooth to use

I hate it's name, but "Twidere" is so far the best app for mastodon, in my experience.

Game idea: You and your friend are playing as wrestlers against each other, but it's a co-op game and you two are trying coordinate a good fight for the audience.

You know, like real wrestling.

I actually got bunch of shit wrong. Naming layers and material library, it's all there!

I blame the lack of tutorials. Maybe I should make one later myself

@Blackthorn @Vipsu And that may just be what is the best.

People tend to say that "everyone is in their own bubble nowdays and thats worrying", but isn't that kinda what it was before social media and internet? @godotengine There is no doubt that 2d is it's thing, but 3d is surprisingly good and it's only getting better.

Only downside with 3d in it is lack of tutorials, but there is few awesome ones out there already

Found a little chunk of time today to cross something off my todo list that's been there since before #HiveTime shipped #screenshotsaturday #indiedev #gamedev
