Going to use @Vivaldi this weekend, see how it goes. Need to figure out what I want to do with these extra bits (the Panel) and maybe try out the email account support again.
Thunderbird won't open links in what I've set as the default browser, it's pulling up Firefox every time.
Guess I'm setting up @Vivaldi email and trying that too.
Now using @Vivaldi at work this week; I'll write a blog post or something with my notes about using it at home/work.
It's mostly fine and (of course) some things work better because people are sloppy about coding for Chrome only.
@fivespeed @Taffer @Vivaldi The one major concern is the future of ad blockers on Vivaldi and no I don't buy this (1) all do respect and as a long time user:

There is a HUGE problem with #AdBlock in #Vivaldi. My litmus tests are major media streaming and invasive anti-adblock utilities:
1. Amazon Prime video
2. YouTube
3. USA Today (any #Admiral site)
4. Other news sites
Vivaldi's built-in adblock, configured as well as I can, fails at all four.
Vivaldi + maxed #uBlock Lite fails at any news site still.
Please fix this, #Vivaldi. I want to like you, even with the huge caveat that your browser is closed-source.
#Firefox ad-blocking runs circles around you.
#BraveBrowser ad-blocking runs circles around you, and I do NOT like #Brave (neither ethically nor in their design choices!)
I configured the browser settings as well as I could, including removing the "Allow ads from our partners" list of #AcceptableAds that was checked by default.
