Opening up git bash to delete stuff in windows because it's several orders of magnitude faster

@Tak I find myself using git bash a lot on Windows. Unfortunately I discovered in a bad way that making symlinks in git bash behaves a lot diffferently than making symlinks in windows directly.

@warpgate9 @Tak You should still be able to do `mklink` from git bash, but yea the behaviour of ln is _not_ fun.
