Homage to Life is Strange ^^

LiS: Double Exposure inspired me to replay the original when i was already a few months into photography, and it made me relate to Max even more. I challenged myself to take at least one photo a day that I’d be happy printing and sticking on my wall. And now, several dozen pics later, it was ready for this project ^^

(In hindsight i wish i used a black mist filter for more bloom… oh well)

I’ve learnt a lot this way, forcing myself to use a camera every day, take shots, then edit and print them.
Looking back, doing it every day makes you less perfectionist, accepting photos that are just good or okay, and maybe trying to save them in post 😄
And, at the same time, limiting the selection to the 1-2 best pics only, allows you to learn to be critical of your own work.
And now that this project is done… it’s still just the beginning :3

I used to enjoy photography, but then I stopped for some reason. Then I bought the LiS remake second hand when I was in Spain recently and now I have this big urge to get back into it, especially with a proper Polaroid camera
