Just started digging into this earlier, but haven't had a moment to experiment yet with cropping and compression. I did take some measurements for image frame sizes though. This is on chrome @1080:

"Dashboard" feed single image: 229x110
"Dashboard" feed 4x4 images: 113x53 (each)

User profile view:
full size: 610x343
4x4: 303x170
