I'm generally fine with the changes Gnome does. For the first time, I hit a real problem with it. For an arcade machine, I have it autostart EmulationStation. With the latest Gnome it starts in overview mode instead of focusing on EmulationStation. It makes the arcade machine unusable. I ended up altering it to use Gnome Classic for now.
