I started the Foundation series and it’s curious so far. Weird, a bit, gives no good image of the future, but feels decent. One thing I am getting tired of is combining space travel and bow and arrows all the time. Like, really?
@glukozavr it has quite little in common with the books.
the main point of the books was that individuals don’t create history - and there are no fixed protagonists (indeed the story spans thousands of years). but in the tv series of course there are heroes that are the Most Important Person that everything hinges upon.
it’s not an easy book to adapt to tv… perhaps it would be a nice anthology
@leonid Yeah, I wound expect it to. It feels like something that is probably inspired more by the books, then based on
