The work is ever evolving, and now I'm doing code as well, but here's some preliminary icons for a project that I've been working with under @kleb for some time now, that uses the open repair data standard, aiming to help the repair industry.
https://standard.openrepair.org/
These icons may end up not being used, but it's the most involved I've been at building up a style in recent memory.
I'll show more as time goes on, as this is my main focus for awhile!
@misnina @kleb I stumbled a few times reading the first few pages. Is the Alliance interested in ad-hoc suggestions for small edits to ease introducing people new to it and its Standard?
The Standard itself doesn’t say whether or how to contribute, and the GitHub repo’s second PR was its last. Are they open for transparency but closed for contributions?
Following up on this. At this time, we're not currently a member of the ORA. And there is no open process for individuals to directly contribute to ORDS.
I''d advise either linking up with a member organization if you want to work on that. Alternatively, the https://restarters.net project does appear to allow open contribution!
