Not wanting self hosting, we are looking for a SaaS provider.
The line of business is financial consulting, but I suppose that doesn't play a big role.

I got some tips on odoo.com, and it looks good, so we'll try it and see.
@muzzug I heard of odoo which is Belgian. I haven't tried it out for myself though...
@muzzug there is weclapp from Germany (https://weclapp.com), hosting in Germany, and also odoo (https://odoo.com). Odoo.sh hosting uses Google Cloud Platform, but as it's open source, there are other consultancies that host in other datacenters. Note: both market themselves as ERP software, but have CRM parts.

@muzzug we've just left Odoo. I have nothing good to say about it, other than yes, it's technically open source, and it's based in the EU.
That said, we've chosen to roll our own, because there are so few players outside the US.

@muzzug we use #Odoo as a #CRM, but we use it for a lot of other areas on our company, so it may not have all of the others CRM specific features.
