Hi all, haven't properly introduced myself yet. I'm a pixel artist / animator working on my first video game.

I just uploaded some test images. It looks, as far as I can tell, that there's no way to get crisp, pixel-perfect images in the timeline view. Posting at actual resolution, or at multiples of it, results in interpolation/compression (probably conversion to jpg?). You also can't cheat it into maintaining the png format with transparent pixels.
I guess the silver lining is that the pop-up view of the image appears to be actually showing the source image.
