On Unity 2021.3.4 my Editor frame rate is limited to 30 fps.

- Vsync is off
- Application.Targetframerate is set to -1
- Editor performance throttling is off
- Viewport vsync is off
- Not performance related
- Computer is very fast, runs great in build

What is happening? ☹️

Pretty sure this is my fault in-project because another project with the same Unity version runs real fast 🤔

Ok even stranger, it's 30fps on my M1 Max Macbook and 60fps on my M1 Macbook Air. Game dev is a funny job.

SOLVED? This only happens when playing on an external monitor with the built-in display active. Running on built-in display solo it's fine, and external-monitor solo (clamshell mode) it's fine.
