This is, quite simply, unacceptable; it's inhumane. If a person in a leadership role will not consider their own health & company policies on healthy workplaces, you have to relieve them (enforced vacation) & disable their logins so they can't sneak work in.

Not to mention in many companies every employee is compared against either the boss or the most dedicated employee. The healthy (maybe - that's another conversation) 40 weekly hours contributed by employee A looks undedicated next to "hero" employee B who puts in 60+ each week.
Often leaders put in the extra time and say they don't expect it of others but some will feel pressure to keep up even if that pressure is internal.
