Switch 2 prediction that absolutely won’t come true but it would be cool if it did: the base station has its own WiFi and can stream video from the console in handheld mode, including a second separate display. So you can play multiplayer Mario Kart on 2 screens - full screen each for 2 player, worst case half screen for 4-player instead of a quarter screen
Mostly won’t happen because “buy two Switch 2s” is a better result for Nintendo
@sinbad that and it would make the dock cost *looks up price of Playstation Portal* 200 dollars
@sinbad and I am quite sure the dock would be way too expensive for people that won't need that feature, which I believe would be the majority, and unsure if a mobile embedded system would be able to handle two 4k or 1080p resolutions. But if they sold two versions with one being the upgraded dock, that would be neat.
However. There is a USB-C at the bottom and top of the console, shall see what's the purpose of the top one does...
