Ugh, despite submitting my "Trader Status info" in May last year, Fab is moaning at me that I have to do it by 1st Feb or lose access to the EU. Clicking on the link to do it just says "Thanks for submitting your info". So now I have to file a support request to ask whether I actually have to do anything else or not. 
These days I'm amazed when computer systems actually work at all. It's like, a genuine surprise.
