Ugh, despite submitting my "Trader Status info" in May last year, Fab is moaning at me that I have to do it by 1st Feb or lose access to the EU. Clicking on the link to do it just says "Thanks for submitting your info". So now I have to file a support request to ask whether I actually have to do anything else or not. 
Fab support response was much faster than expected. They said they reset the trader info workflow so I could retry, but now the warning on my dashboard has just gone, and the trader stuff has a button for "changing" it, so hopefully that means it's now gone through based on my submission last year. 
Gotta say that although I've had various issues with Epic's publisher software over the years (hardly unusual in this space TBF), the support response when you need to raise something is pretty good.
@sinbad I like to say that every company will screw up at least once.
What matters is what they do to fix and help you.
