I often find myself in a standoff situation with artists, where they are mostly waiting for 'us' to implement a feature, and we are waiting for 'them' to design it. Sometimes starting work on a feature you know will require iteration is hard because that first step is a step in the dark, and nobody is really willing to make it. It also seems to lock a feature in a certain mindset.
Does anyone recognise this, and have an idea to solve it?
