Given we are a fully remote company, we consider it important to be able to gather together every 3 months to socialize and know each other, which is much easier to do when everyone is in the same country ;-)

@dreeg You are right, he license is BUSL, which is not an OSI approved license.
We were originally using AGPLv3, but our business is with governments and big companies, which is an area where any well known security company could copycat our product and outsell us with its much better network (it already happened)
BUSL can be described as "eventually open source" given the code becomes automatically AGPLv3 after a couple of years
