At the end of September last year, the website Games That Weren't reported on the space shooter "Mars Cops" planned by Arcana Software at the end of the 1980s. Pete Galey informed the editors of the website that there was a demo version of the Amiga version on number 488 of the 17 bitit public domain disk. This can now be tested.

Ok, sorted out the problems with my Amiga music file-> UADE-> Flac -> NAS conversion script.

I toyed a bit with gbsddialog, bsddialog and gum but eventually I stuck to kdialog for the time being, because it feels native on Plasma 6.

I could fix the problem, and as always it was a stupid bug... (kdialog using qt6 and forgot the script used dbus-qt5...). So, the gauges/progressbars are now working again.

all is well...

A new retro console based on the MiSTer is available from Tuesday, emulating a variety of systems using its Cyclone-V FPGA chip - including a TG68/020 with AGA or RTG, a Toccata and plenty of Fast RAM using the Minimig core.

The MiSTer Multisystem² in a 3D-printed housing costs 198 or 245 euros plus VAT, depending on the version; the latter has an additional analog video output:
