Anders Stenberg<p>Currently running Jenkins but kind of hate it and every three months or so I start googling alternatives until I feel that it _does_ actually do what we need and I don&#39;t feel like setting up something new that&#39;s probably just as horrible. </p><p>Having a look at TeamCity though and it does seem to check a lot of the right boxes. What say ye? Yay? Nay?</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/softwareengineering" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>softwareengineering</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/BuildAutomation" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BuildAutomation</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/ci" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ci</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/teamcity" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>teamcity</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/jetbrains" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>jetbrains</span></a></p>
Anders Stenberg<p>Getting angry with Jenkins again. I just haven&#39;t found anything that is particularly better for us.</p><p>I honestly wouldn&#39;t mind doing more stuff manually (as in automated by manually crafted scripts), but there are a few things regarding running different things on different computers and transferring artifacts between them that would require quite a bit of work to get up and running.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/cpp" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>cpp</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/Jenkins" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Jenkins</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/BuildAutomation" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BuildAutomation</span></a></p>
