Yvan<p><strong>Suggestions for an Australian registrar for 1x .au and 2x .id.au with self-service for DNSSEC?</strong></p><p>Trying to get DNSSEC set up for one of our .au domains, progress so far: </p><p>17th 06:28: sent support ticket<br>17th 06:57: response to say this has been forwarded to the billing department (eh?)<br>19th 15:27: response apologising for delay, saying they have forwarded it to "the registry for processing"<br>21st 17:52: "still awaiting an update from the registry "<br>(Sydney time I think.)</p><p>How hard does it need to be?</p><p>We have three .au domains across two registrars both of which require a support ticket to be submitted to do anything about DNSSEC... I think we'll want to consolidate these to a single registrar with better online self-service tools.</p><p>Meanwhile on decent domain registration providers I can simply log into their admin and update it myself.
