Der Ruf nach algorithmengetriebenen #Feeds ist im Grunde auch ein bisschen Faulheit der Leser und vor allem der Medienmacher. Es erfordert eben mehr Aufwand, sich die richtige Crowd zusammenzusuchen die einem zuhoert.

Kritisch ist die ja besonders die Kontrolle der Betreiber der #Algorithmen, da sie bestimmen was gesehen wird.

Und ich sehe keinen Grund, nicht einen algorithmengetriebenen Feed aus public feeds vieler Instanzen zu betreiben. Idealerweise mit einsehbaren Einstellungen.

It includes :
- a new home page (a preview of the pages to come)
- a few interface tweaks (feeds management moved)
- Profile pages!

Let's focus on the latter: activate your profile from the settings, fill in your bio and share your likes, subscriptions and photos from your feeds!

I've updated MBSE BBS to the latest version 1.1.0 (this is a pre-release but I don't mind) and purged quite a bunch of inactive users.

There will be smaller updates and changes throughout the next weeks, as some of the #rss #feeds no longer work and will either be updated or removed (most likely the latter) .

With the code to support plain #ASCII terminals being rewitten in this new release, I will try to rework some of the ASCII screens - but this is may take some time.

I wish there was some innovation in RSS and feed readers... or am I missing something I should try out? #RSS #Feeds
