Oh, I can say one thing nice about #Jetson: The brakes were as wrong as the tires are right. Like, the same company that managed to put bullshit cantilever brake levers on disc brakes (because who doesn't like self-destructing brakes?) also managed to put some actually decent street slicks on it that I had so little issues with I was worried I'd get too confident and go sailing into the guardrails while going around a curve and catching more than one or two consecutive leaves.

First, I want to say #Costco is the good guy in this.

So, back in May I bought a #Jetson #Haze folding bicycle to ease off the pressure of having only one car in a city with inadequate transportation infrastructure with two people needing to get around.

Except the bike had defective brakes. And looking around, every Haze sold has the same problem. Jetson told me to buy new brakes and they'd reimburse me. I did that, and now Jetson's ghosting me.

I’m thinking of selling my barely used #TuringPi 2, complete with any combination of the compute modules I have for it: 2x Turing #RK1s (8GB), an #Nvidia #Jetson Nano, and 2x #RPi #CM4s.

It’s a fantastic system (especially with #Talos Linux for an immutable K8s base OS), but I’m experimenting less with clusters than I planned.

Anyone want to make an offer? If you’re in #London (UK) I’ll hand deliver!

I realize it's a $500 foldable ebike I bought at #Costco, but god damn, "twisting the throttle off in traffic" wasn't on my bingo card today. Fortunately it just seems to be an undertightened M2.1 hex bolt that was responsible for letting go but...yikes. Might have to give it a drop of gorilla glue to keep that bolt in there if it does it again. As it was, took my second smallest hex key... #Jetson #Bicycling
