@massivelyop @skro Liberal use of block helped me out a lot on Ark. I ended up seeing a fair amount of one-sided conversations. And in extreme circumstances I left World chat for the evening (or buried it on a second tab).

Like you, I'm hoping things clean up here in a bit. For all the praising of #lotro's community, there are a lot of old curmudgeons who get a lot of joy from trolling chat.

Je vous avoue franchement qu'entre les deux jours sur les terrains et les deux raids du soir sur #lotro ce week-end, cette semaine commence sous des auspices les plus fatigués... (et avec les jambes lourdes un peu quand même)

A temporarily embarrassing thing happened when staging this shot...I posted it to World Chat, rather than the speech bubble /say channel.

And once it's out there, it's out there.

Aside from the now very multi-lingual chat that is Orcrist, with people asking what "dolt" meant, I received some gentle fun-making about it. I still was warm-from-embarrassment, but the #LOTRO people were great about it.

Glinmaethor replying: I'm not offended, it's nice to be called 'Some Dolt' for a change".

She prefers that to "war hero" and other lofty titles. Simple jobs are important. After all, if someone can't do a simple job properly, don't give them responsibility over something much harder. A lesson our world would benefit from remembering, to be honest. #LOTRO #MMORPG #MiddleEarth

@massivelyop I used to at least hop on Bullroarer quite frequently when new content was announced, just to have a glimpse of it, but I must admit that I blind-played the latest #LOTRO expansion (I just had the few info they told from the official articles) and I was perfectly fine with that

Well, I have about 170 hooks in this property. And I don't plan on having 4 different houses like last time. But at least a shedton of decorations are in here.

Oh and I have a couple of decoration carry-alls.

There might be some deleting of decorations in order...

I toured Belfalas, Rohan Kingstead and Lyndelby. I'm not interested in dwarf-holes.

I took a breath and... repurchased the Eastfold Hills house I had on my old server.

The same address, too.

I have to redesign it, which is probably okay. But, well, none of the others felt like... home.

Rivendell and Lothlórien are already second homes to Glin. For now, Rohan is fine.

Hey, I'm getting drowned trying to find the answer on the #LOTRO Forums, but:

Does anyone know the expansion schedule/order for Premium Housing areas (e.g. Rohan)?

I don't want to commit to Belfalas just because it's the only one there at the moment. I'd rather compare now I have writs I can use.

Why...do #LOTRO players on the forums hate the idea of a level increase with a new expansion?

I'm totally confused. If #FFXIV had been around the number of years that LOTRO had, it too would be close to L150-160.

For me that's just part of working the way through the new content and feeling like you're progressing something.

As for the LOTRO player who levelled to L150 in a month, it must be someone who genuinely likes grinding. To me that feels insane.
