Good point.

Doesn't even matter if SCOTUS rules against him. The Executive Branch is where ALL the #LawEnforcement is done, and of course the #MilitaryCommand

That said, my bet is he doesn't even try to run. Rather, they'll cancel/disrupt the entire election, & he'll just stay.
