In 2023 I had coffee with a friend from KlezKanada and he said, oh yeah I've been in there during special events, it's not open yet, it's way bigger and quite a wacky building. He said it used to be a multi-story building where people would go to read magazines and I was thinking huh?! What kind of business is that lol?
Seems interesting, it was before my time..
