Trump just issued the first ever presidential pardon for a corporation a few days ago.

He pardoned #BitMEX, a crypto company whose founder's new venture he is personally invested in (#WorldLibertyFinancial invested at least $4.7 million into #ArthurHayes's new Ethena project via the #ENA token), allowing BitMEX to avoid paying a $100 million fine for their #moneylaundering conviction. The pardon happened mere hours before the fine was due to be paid.

(Trump pardoned the actual BitMEX founders, all of whom had already served out their sentences, a few weeks ago).

First payment for #Deel’s corporate espionage plot against Rippling was paid through a #Revolut account. Subsequent payments were made using crypto (ethereum), because the CEO of Deel believed (incorrectly) such payments would “leave no trace”.

When they got caught the CEO of Deel told the spy to destroy his electronic devices and offered to relocate them to #Dubai.

I would bet an enormous amount of money that any HR/payroll companies like Deel that engage in corporate espionage and offer to relocate people to Dubai are also laundering money for #Russia and/or Iran.

The Payment Arrangement 12. | received my first payment in the beginning of November into my Revolut account from an account associated with an individual named “A.B." The payment was $6,000 USD. This is all less surprising if you know that Hegseth is a crypto bro who lost a bunch of money in possibly the most obvious cryptocurrency ponzi scheme in history, #CelsiusNetwork. Hegseth entrusted the group of Russian Israelis running #Celsius with his hard earned money *even after* the CFO of the firm was sent to prison in #Israel for #moneylaundering and organized crime connections.

tl;dr Maybe America should reconsider putting crypto bros in charge of the military.

According to a report from Dune Analytics #stablecoin activity "on chain" is now more than double that of Visa... and yet it's almost entirely #moneylaundering and speculating on things like FartCoin.

These figures underscore stablecoins’ expanding role in payments, trading, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Despite their rapid growth, stablecoins remain small compared to traditional fiat liquidity. #ZachXBT is probably world's greatest crypto detective. He's pro-crypto but has busted a *ton* of frauds and scams.

Recently he's been working on tracking #NorthKorea's massive money laundering operation in the wake of the #Bybit hack and seems to have concluded that the entire crypto industry is fucked (which some of us have known all along).

Investigations by ZachX8T ‘spending long hours helping freeze funds for the Bybit hack has been eye opening. This industry is unbelievably cooked when it ‘comes to exploits/hacks and sadly idk if the. industry is going to fix this itself unless the ‘government forcibly passes regulations that hurt our entire industry. Several “decentralized” protocols have recently had nearly 100% of their monthly volume/fees derived from DPRK and refuse to take any pEet Centralized exchanges end up being worse as e e T T R e T multiple hours to respond when it only takes LTSS KYT is completely flawed and easiy evadable KYCis just a honeypot for regular users bc of breaches/insiders and is useless in majority of cases due to purchased accounts.
