BridgeMakes ⚪ taking a breakI decided against making the wimple and just printed a circlet to throw over some scrap cotton. Anyway, here is the main dress that is constructed using medieval techniques (and a little machine sewing for speed sake) it's made of red Yorkshire wool and black lambswool (reused industrial waste) it is constructed mostly as a kirtle but influence from the Burgundian gown. I intended it just to be an underdress to prevent the need for regular washing of the wool overdress but I found by throwing this chain belt around it and pulling it up a bit, kinda of like a peplos, it makes a good summer dress. Also I attached the pockets to avoid a miss Polly situation. 1/2

VanGoYoThis Ambipom winter hat (and earmuffs) was my first Pokemon-themed hat. Ambipom is one of my brother's favorites (much to the chagrin of many, I'm aware) and I made it his Christmas gift in 2016.It was also my first time working with fabric by myself. I used a template as a starting point for the hat and improvised the ears and earmuff patterns.
