I think the character with the biggest "glow up" from "Tiny Toons Adventures" to "Tiny Toons Looniversity" is Sweetie Bird.

She basically went from..."Little pink bird that...eats stuff and is kinda smart" to "Punk that literally smashes the patriarchy in the intro", and I really like her new personality.

Also, as of season 2, it is established she has two mothers, so, her family's also responsible for the show's LGBT+ content.

But yeah, punk stuff's cool. 😁
