Linear Serenity

I examined the image of an eastern bluebird (Sialia sialis) and was struck by a certain quality I couldn't quite define. It seems connected to the way the arcing power cable gradually comes into focus, leading to the delicate reveal of the bluebird perched upon it. I should mention that when we're out walking, I always find myself scanning the lines for bluebirds.
