O=C=O<p>CO2-Speicher in der deutschen Nordsee?</p><p>Projekt <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/GEOSTOR" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GEOSTOR</span></a> legt ersten Bericht zu geeigneten Gebieten, Risiken und Kosten vor</p><p>Ozeanboden als <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/CO2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CO2</span></a>-Speicher: Der Untergrund der deutschen Nordsee könnte jährlich mindestens zehn Millionen Tonnen <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Kohlendioxid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kohlendioxid</span></a> aufnehmen und dauerhaft speichern, wie Geologen ermittelt haben. Besonders geeignet dafür wäre ein Buntsandsteinsattel gut 100 Kilometer vor der deutschen Küste. Dort besteht nur geringes Risiko für Leckagen.
