But why no arrests or charges for <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/Luna" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Luna</a>/Terra, <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/celcius" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#celcius</a> It appears that Ponzi scheme’s harder to prosecute I guess? Maybe more buyer beware when the promised returns are enormous? I hope they eventually get to them. Where as with FTX, it is clear there was just outright misappropriation of funds. I guess that makes it an open and shut case in comparison.
