The striking red #Kobe Bridge ( 神戸大橋 ) connects the city and Port Island by road, rail and on foot.

A Kawasaki Heavy Industries Crane in #Kobe used for shipbuilding. There were many different ones, but they all where huge!

This closeup was shot from ground level, pointing upwards to a blue, almost clear sky. It shows the main, middle part of a kawasaki heavy industries port crane at an 3/4 angle. It's made from steel and is painted in an grassy green, with some thinner elements like guard rails and ladders painted in vibrant yellow.
