Almost forgot to add this performance boost to my #Jonsbo N1 DIY NAS.

I think I can conclude that #TheGRATEmigration11 was successful. #TrueNAS with *arr stack is up and running. My iso images are re-downloading, #Plex transcoding performance is amazing.

I need to migrate some services from a mini PC to TrueNAS. I also need a reverse proxy for them. I also meed to set up a backup solution for TrueNAS… There is still a lot to do. As usual in the #homelab

But now I rest. I #vacation and #Diablo IV. I also #beer and #snacks. Stay tuned.

Gdyby ktoś pytał mnie o nowy sezon w Diablo IV, to...

Moim zdaniem to jest ta sama gra, ale z drobną ewolucją w dobrym kierunku. W tym sezonie jest trudniej z różnych powodów, ale gameplayu nie zepsuli. Przy tym wzrost trudności jest widoczny, ale nie utrudniający gry. Nazwałbym go satysfakcjonującym dla graczy naparzających w poprzednich sezonach.

Przyjmując założenia jaką grą powinno być Diablo IV, powiedziałbym, że ten balans gameplay'u powinien być osiągnięty gdzieś w drugim sezonie, a następnie poprawiany dalej - Diablo powinno być dziś na znacznie dalszym etapie rozwoju.

Mimo że to jest gra AAA, ja bym ją porównał do dobrego kina klasy B. Fajne, jak się je lubi, ale artyzmu za wiele tam nie ma.

I’m fond of the #diablo games, but I’ve long been concerned about the mindset both the Diablo playerbase and the Diablo game developers seem to have adopted.

They want each Diablo game to be a Forever Game, meant to played over and over endlessly like a MMORPG.

Diablo probably doesn’t need to be that. It can just be a game where you level up enough to kill the final boss. And then move on to other games.
