eazyBackup’s support folks are *amazing*, they responded with a solution within 10 minutes on a Sunday morning!

Trying out eazyBackup's e3, and it looks like their account management website is a little broken right now, so I get to test drive their support tickets as well. This is good, I'd rather do it before I manage to do anything rather than in the middle of an emergency.
