#CoolerMaster, I REALLY was not aware of your game.
Y'all agreed to send me the absolute latest iteration of my PSU as "replacement", ATX version 3.1 - eventho initially u guys offered the version 3.0, which would've already been an "upgrade" to my version 2.4 PSU.
Then y'all ignored my request for your shipping details for me to send my PSU back to, cos apparently y'all don't even need it. Instead, you guys told me that you were going to ship it out the day after, which was yesterday, via #FedEx.
... and yet somehow it's arrived today, at 12.30pm. I immediately thought, wow, they must've had a warehouse or partner here in Malaysia for it to arrive so quickly - then I checked the tracking details and found out that this package was from Taiwan :))
So this thing got in the hands of FedEx @ Taiwan yesterday at 5pm -> it then arrived in the Philippines hours later at 12pm -> it then reached China earlier today at 2am -> arrived in Malaysia at 5am -> finally delivered to my home at 12.30pm. Apparently CM had sent it through FedEx's International Priority service... AND FOR WHAT. I can wait, guys 
As if that wasn't enough, from our emails, I was under the impression that they were only going to send the new PSU, minus the cables except for the ones that weren't included/compatible with my current PSU.. that might explain why they're not asking for mine, cos technically that would mean I had enough cables to use only 1 PSU, despite having 2.
But no... you guys had actually sent the complete package. So now, I just have... 2 working PSUs. Mind you, my existing PSU isn't even broken, it's partially faulty sure, as it just started exhibiting loud whining noises - really annoying, but still very usable and capable of a PSU. And now I have 2 of them. I could technically risk my life and try replacing the fans on the old PSU and have 2 perfect PSUs if I wanted to.
Sorry for the unexpectedly long rant/gushing over Cooler Master's exemplary warranty return/customer support service. I won't stop buying from them, ever.

Race
In my previous post I speculated on which of the two packages I have shipped over the last few days would arrive at its destination first, thus winning the race. Would it be the USPS package full of 35mm film that shipped out on Saturday or would it be the FedEx envelope with my passport renewal application that shipped out last night?
I have the answer.
The film has arrived at The Darkroom. I can expect my scans to be uploaded to my account in 3-7 business days. In other words, an eternity. Disney and New York on film… coming soon.
Can't resist to get a huge credit to #Chewy. This company has truly exceeded expectations when it comes to relations with customers. Effing #FedeX "delivered" $300 worth of goods somewhere claiming that it was my home. Reached out to #Chewy customer support, new order was created for price of $0 and order was delivered next day by #FedX. What the hell is so difficult to do a delivery ? Apparently #FedX employs people who clearly can't read street names and house numbers.
Missed this much earlier today, but (as you might imagine) FedEx had delays today. (Friday)
Which really, really sucks if you are getting frozen food on a Friday (speaking from experience in the past)... and they delay it until a Monday.

We left some things at a hotel recently. They said they'd ship them to us but it would be $41. A bit steep but probably cheaper than buying new. The package was delivered last week and today we woke up to a notice from FedEx that the actual charge was $181 and they had deducted that amount from our credit card. I can't call FedEx because without an account number, their phone tree just hangs up on you and their virtual assistant is useless. I don't ship but if you do, avoid FedEx. #fedex #scam

Do I know, or do you know, someone in the USA who is an #Importer of #Alcohol and works with #FedEx and happens to already have in place a #Continuous #Bond that might be willing to work with us? Our current importer seems to have ghosted and vanished without renewing their bond. It is disappointing for customers and us when we have to get orders returned back to us. Success is now relative in the postal delivery game.
I can't help thinking that if it'd been delivered by the USPS, it would have arrived with one side stove in, two days late and delivered to your neighbor three doors down.
Sigh. What is the point of #FedEx having a tracking page that clearly states "delivered" if when you raise a non-delivery complaint they say
"We would like to inform you that your parcel has been handed over to
our local agent for further delivery to your address. You can expect
it to arrive shortly."
That *isn't* deiivered, it's en-route.
