Very pleased with the bread that I baked this morning, my Mediterranean bread.
It has pulled open beautifully, where I scored it. This is not always guaranteed with sourdough bread that contains a lot of wholemeal flour.
To będzie kolejny przykład tego, że jak się nie ma czasu pilnować ciasta to lepiej odpuścić. Przefermentował i nie wyrósł jak powinien.

Das fertig gebackene Brot. Sieht ziemlich platt und zerfurcht aus, riecht aber (so weit meine covidgeschädigte Nase das wahr nimmt) sehr gut - angenehm nussig durch das Buchweizenmehl. Der Teigling war im Gärkörbchen eigentlich sehr schön aufgegangen. Bin gespannt, wie es morgen im Anschnitt aussieht.
