I have over 18,000 photos on my #iPhoneX and rarely look back at them. Yet, I never had a problem with photos taken on my Canon 5 megapixel point and shoot or the film camera my dad used decades ago. They are memories, they are captured, its about remembering the moment, not necessarily the pixel detail. Your eyesight will eventually get bad and you won't care how good that photo looks.
Three portrait lenses, one subject.
1. toy lens: Lensbaby Twist 60mm F2.5 on Pentax K-S2
2. professional lens: smc DA★ 50–135mm F2.8 at 60mm on Pentax K-S2
3. phone lens: iPhone X rear lens 6mm F2.4
Do you prefer one over the others?
Subject is Irish rebel and statesman Michael Collins, Merrion Square, Dublin.
Photographed March 2024. Thank you for looking.
So now she has an #iPhone13ProMax complete with tempered glass screen protector.
But because she can’t afford a new phone and I pay for her #SIMonly contract, what she actually has is my phone.
And I have upgraded to the #iPhone15ProMax on my unlimited contract.
We’re both happy and mine was a doddle to transfer/set up because I KNOW MY PASSWORDS. (Apple ID and Google. She didn’t.)
Mum managed to destroy her #iPhoneX last night. She dropped it last week and smashed the screen protector. Whilst trying to remove said #ScreenProtector, she managed to grid the entire screen.
How?
Well. That’ll be because it didn’t have a screen protector on in the first place.
Which was a nightmare because she doesn’t know any of her passwords because they were all stored in the broken phone.
