I pull tarot cards every new and full moon. 14 days apart. It's a practice I started in reflection with someone I still love dearly based on his habits, but in my more project manager brain. Regular vibe checks on my life, at regular intervals overlapped with the astrology of the moment.

This spread was from the Virgo Full Moon Eclipse a week ago, bringing levels of surprises and release of me thinking, but not doing much feeling, and how the thinking is quite often a trap. It hurts to not have access to who introduced me to really trust my intuition, but it's a gift that lasts a lifetime.

I can finally admit to myself that this is perhaps one of the photos I’ve taken that I love the most.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen validation that I’m ‘good’ at what I see and want to have as a keepsake forever like this portrait. The moment itself is long gone, perhaps the sentiment that lead to this moment has completely faded away but the shared moment is everything I hoped I’d remember.
