They're helpful for me because they are a way of summing up what ive learned on how I want to live my life succinctly. They're not meant to impart new wisdom to those who read them. That would take clarification.(1) Compassion is the most important thing.(2) Be more kind than necessary.(3) Do no harm but take no shit.

It also has a large portion dedicated to ideas and thoughts when composing your own, which is great.
