Michael Malone won an #NBA title two years ago.
Denver’s reluctance in free agency and the trade market meant core pieces of that team weren’t replaced when Bruce Brown and KCP left. To replace them, the #Nuggets relied on developing young players. Braun and Watson are developing nicely, but the lack of depth shows when players are hurt (especially when it’s Jamal Murray).
In the NBA, coaches know they’re hired to be fired, but Michael Malone didn’t deserve to be axed like this.

Whoa. The Nuggets just fired Coach Malone. It's the last week of the regular season. The team is number 4 in the West but is currently on a 4-game losing streak.
