Miss Gayle<p>Today I sent an email to my nonprofit clients reminding them to start getting their program accomplishments narratives ready for efiling their 990s.</p><p>I also told them if at all possible to revise their mission & program descriptions to avoid using any of the words this administration doesn't like.</p><p>I presume the efiles will be scanned for the "offensive" keywords, same as other docs from other agencies. Drew Crecente (they/them)<p>Sharing this clever little game from *2008*.</p><p>It was the 1st place winner from our very first game design challenge. </p><p>We posed this intriguing challenge:<br>❓ Can you create a game about teen dating violence without using any violence in the game itself?</p><p>We really did not know what to expect and were thrilled with the response. Our unique approach to violence prevention received media coverage -- even a mention in <a href="https://games.ngo/tags/Newsweek" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Newsweek</span></a>!</p><p>However, the game was created using <a href="https://games.ngo/tags/Flash" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Flash</span></a> and so it has not been available to play for years.</p><p>🎉 It has now been resurrected and we invite you to play it in your browser now - - right now.</p><p>It is a very short & quite quirky game (ideal for classroom play). </p><p>Plus, it's a helpful way to identify some warning signs of an abusive relationship.</p><p>The intention was to increase awareness about teen dating violence and provide guidance on how to seek help if it was needed.
