The show finally manages to make Sipowicz seem like a human being, as gives actually genuinely good call handling advice. Too bad he basically mansplained it to a secretary that is a walking embodiment of Bechdel Test failure while also dunking on someone's poor mental health. Looney Tunes has more subtlety and layers.
