Richard Emling (DO9RE)<p><a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/Help" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Help</span></a> needed with <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/C" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>C</span></a> <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/Programming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Programming</span></a> on <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/mac" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>mac</span></a> OS. I tried to put up a small c script, generating a basic <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/audio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>audio</span></a> <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/player" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>player</span></a> reading from a <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/fifo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fifo</span></a> stream. The native <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/play" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>play</span></a> process of <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/sox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sox</span></a> is to slow to react imediately, therefore the workaround. Problem: The audio is distorted and the signals break after the first iteration. Any ideas? <a href="https://github.com/do9re/morse_trainer" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">github.com/do9re/morse_trainer</span><span class="invisible"></span></a> - <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/ReToot" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ReToot</span></a> appreciated.</p>
