Hey, week 16 is ending, and here comes track 16 :)

It started badly, with little inspiration and unsatisfying sounds. And yet, after following an entirely different direction, it unexpectedly came back to its initial atmosphere, but in a much smoother fashion.
So here's some slightly IDM-infused, glitchy #dub #techno. This ended up being one of my favorite tracks so far.

Progress update: working localization support in Tactus! I'm using #tokipona as my first target, since I'm studying that for fun. (I'm ... new. Be gentle!) Getting sitelen pona to render was great fun.
Also I think this is the first time I've shown off the other accessibility options on here, or yoey's delightful titlescreen art. Anyway, coming along! New demo build eventually, work on Former Dawn is kicking my butt. :)

I'm pretty happy with this one. There's still a lot of room for refinement, but it's the first time I've managed to nail that fleeting dub techno vibe I've been trying to grasp for ages. I can headbang in slow motion forever while bathing in those vaporous glitchy textures.
