Look I don't know why you're all having trouble understanding this, it's very simple:
If you have a penis you have to use the men's toilets and if you have a vagina you have to use the women's toilets. Except if you have a vagina but look too much like a man you can't use the women's toilets, but if you don't have a penis you can't use the men's toilets. If you have a penis but didn't always have a penis you can't use the men's toilets either but you also might not be able to use the women's toilets. If you look like a woman but either have a penis or did have a penis at one point we might not let you use the men's for your own safety.

Thank you Supreme Court for providing this much needed clarity.

Question for the #trans people of fedi:

With the egg about to crack, what did you do to confirm your feelings, was there something specific you tried?
Like, did you ask close friends to use other pronouns. Or did you go out on events where you didn't know anyone in gender affirming clothes? I guess this is very personal and different for everyone, but I'm interested in personal stories or tips you would've given your past self.

If you're comfortable sharing, please do

We know #TransWomen are women, #TransMen are men, and #NonBinary people are neither. We also know that they're all going through a lot right now.

We'd like to support our #trans siblings. With that in mind, please reply to this with links to trans authors. Then check out the links, bookmark this thread to check for new links later, and maybe buy a few books.

We'll start.

Dharma Kelleher writes #CrimeFiction. Her Jinx Ballou Bounty Hunter series is about a bounty hunter who is also a cosplayer, hence the opening line of book two: "I don’t typically show up at a fugitive’s door dressed as Wonder Woman."

Her website is https://DharmaKelleher.com/

Lewis Hancox has written two graphic novels about growing up as a trans man. We couldn't find a website, but he does have a LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/lewishancox

Russell Phillips (@RPBook) is Robin's pen name, and a non-binary author of #MilitaryHistory #NonFiction and #TTRPG books.

Their website is https://RussellPhillips.uk

Dharma KelleherDharma Kelleher - Crime thrillers where queer women kick assDharma Kelleher writes action-driven thrillers that explore the complexities of social and criminal justice in a world that favors the privileged. She is the most prolific openly transgender author in the mystery/thriller genre.
Spotted this empty wheelchair at Saturday's Trans Rights Rally at Independence Mall. Whether intentional or not, it's a pretty powerful statement.

If you believe in the First Amendment right to Freedom of Expression, you will stand up and fight for the right of our trans and nonbinary siblings to express themselves freely without fear of persecution or worse - death.

If you call yourself an ally to the trans community, it is important for you to stand up and fight for the right of our most vulnerable siblings to exist.

The time is now!

Sending love to all my Trans family and friends on this Transgender Day of Visibility ...and every other day of the year. Whether you're out yet or not, you are loved. 🫂
