16/52 Window to Rest
With the challenge in mind, I thought while shopping in town, maybe there would be some nice windowsills, with some beautifully arranged flowers (that would have been a classic). And then I saw this one, which fully lived up to the literal meaning of a "Fensterbank" (literally it translates to "window bench"). Just take a seat.

The picture shows a windowsill of a store that is completely covered by a simple wooden bench. It was attached directly to the windowsill. The bench consists of nine or ten rectangular wooden bars, which are mounted in such a way that they form a right angle on which you can sit. There are paper cards in the window, and the word “new” is written in yellow curved letters on the window. The window reflects the buildings on the opposite side of the street and a thin vertical line of blue sky. While waiting to go to the dentist I saw this bus stopped with nobody in it and I liked the way the rain was beaded on the windscreen. Stroke of luck was this person in a cool red jacket and umbrella. Second stroke of luck, my dentist let me leave with all my teeth. Pretty good day if you ask me! ✨
