Just submitted my very first nonfiction book to a potential storybundle.
That involved:
Getting the notice it was possible this morning.
Editing the whole thing (mostly phrasing / typos).
Putting it into format.
Creating a cover.
Loathing the cover and redoing it much better.
Writing the fricking blurb.
Putting it all together.
Submitting it.
In...6 hours. Yikes.
Now to actually do some work.

Noticed an in-fill community of townhouses right on Broadway across from High Five; looked like recent build so curious as to the $.
I know our CA friends will laugh at this, but I was shocked. There is lots of money here, and this place has up-to-date features, but AVL is a little city, and what do these people DO? Or if they don't do anything, do they live her full-time?
Where does my barista live? This is a big part of why no one can afford to live here.

Did anyone else feel it?
#Friday morning it is 25F here in #Asheville, with snow on its way. At least we're hoping most of it is snow and not the freezing rain/sleet they keep threatening us with.
