@Moosader Bad design is just that, not necessarily the fault of a "web developer". Sites aren't generally made in a vacuum, there is usually a project manager and a UI designer involved. Unfortunately, reusability of components or frameworks, or consideration of accessibility isn't always a priority. And have you seen the sheer volume of frameworks and libraries there is to choose from?
