I walked up these stairs yesterday and today my calves are destroyed. That's the last time I get up from my computer and "go outside".
One can *go* "outside"? I thought it was just a thing put next to windows so that there's something to look at through them!
Gotta admit, if there are lighthouses there, it can't be all bad.
This photo has a definite quest quality to it.

Um, this is not what they mean when they say "take a walk outside" as a health benefit.
I hope you found a large piece of cardboard at the top and were able to slide back down instead of destroying the rest of your leg muscles on the descent.

@grumpygamer I did something similar straight up a mountain of stairs in South Korea.
Except it was my knee that became swollen and usable.
